Customers may return eligible items by shipping the product back to Novello Diamonds.
Initial shipping is free; however, return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
All returned items must meet the requirements listed below to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Any free gifts included with your purchase must be returned with the order. Returns missing promotional items may not qualify for a refund.
Jewelry Returns
All jewelry must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund or exchange is approved.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or engraving cannot be accepted.
Watches
Unworn and unaltered watches with original packaging and documentation may be eligible for exchange within the return period.
Watch warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
Watches cannot be exchanged for jewelry pieces.

Return Processing
Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed within a few business days after inspection.
